Chakra Insight CardsKatherine's expressive arts collages are inspired by traditional geometric representations of the chakras known as yantras in Sanskrit.
This collection of 35 cards arose from the synergy of Katherine's many years of dedicated study of the chakra system, yoga, embodied meditation, and life experience. For each chakra there is a card that explains its main qualities, location, element, bij mantra and Sanskrit name. Additional cards highlight the core quality with a yantra collage, image insight for meditation, embodied practice and suggested affirmation. Also includes an introductory booklet on ways to use the Chakra Insight Cards. These cards are designed to help you gain new understanding into the chakra system and your life. Katherine's Chakra Insight Cards are a great introduction for beginners or a wonderful deepening for more experienced practitioners. |
